摘    要:本文综述了不同金属陶瓷复合涂层制备工艺原理和技术特点,重点介绍了新兴金属陶瓷涂层冷喷涂技术的原理以及国内外研究进展.陶瓷涂层的后处理工艺可以明显改善其性能,特别是针对冷喷金属陶瓷涂层,采用激光重熔是一项具有发展前景的后处理工艺.

Abstract:The principles and features of different metal-ceramic composite coating technologies were reviewed in this paper.As a new technology,cold gas spraying,which is developed in 1980s and easy to prepare thick layer coatings,was emphasized here.Both its principle and research progress were discussed.It was proven that post-treatment technology for coatings,such as laser surface remelting,could highly improve the performances of coatings,especially for cold gas spraying coatings.
