| 摘 要： | 风险投资是高科技产业发展的必不可少的催化剂。针对我国的风险投资业起步较晚，但发展迅速．在发展过程中，出现了一些问题，需要采取以下一些措施：拓宽资金来源渠道；设立二板市场出口通道；修改和完善有关法律法规；发挥政府在风险投资中的积极作用，从而规范和完善我国风险投资业的发展。

| Abstract: | The development of venture capital is pushing the growth of high science and technology industries. It started very late in China, but developed at a rapid speed. Some problems emerged in the development. The following are several measures to solve these problems: enrich the capital source of venture investment, establish the second board market exit, revise and perfect the law and regulations concerning venture investment, bring government's positive function into play for the development of our venture investment. |
