In this work, the weather conditions and wind power in the eastern part of Saudi Arabia over a period of 36 years (1961–1996) are studied and modelled. The study involves temperature, relative humidity, fog, wind speed, wind power and dust storms. A regression analysis is carried out by using the linear regression technique to model the weather parameters.
