| 摘 要： | 稿效液相色谱法在ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＢＤＳ－Ｃ１８反相柱下，以甲醇：水：乙酸＝６５：３５：０．５作流动相，紫外地苯磺隆－异丙甲草胺混剂进行定量检测。该对两种有效成分测定的变异系数 ０．４８％和０．７９％，回收率分别为９８．９￣１０１．８％和９９．２￣１０２．３５。
