影响变压器空载损耗的铁心叠片结构改进

摘    要:变压器的空载损耗主要包括铁心的磁滞损耗、涡流损耗和铁心附加损耗,影响空载损耗的原因包括叠片的材料与性能、硅钢片之间绝缘性能、叠片的剪切方式和叠积方式等。通过在铁心设计和叠片结构工艺制造上采取相应措施,提高材料的利用率,降低铁心的附加损耗,提高了变压器的空载性能。

Abstract:The transformer no-load loss includes iron core hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and iron core supplementary load loss. There are a lot of reasons to impact on no-load loss, such as materials and performance of lamination, insulation property between stal- loys, cut and stack modes of lamination and so on. This paper took measures in the respect of iron core design and process manufacture to improve the utilance of materials and to decrease iron core supplementary load loss to raise transformer no-load performance.
