摘    要:通过对某急冷锅炉炉管温度场的仿真模拟,研究了炉管流场速度场、温度场特性和热流密度分布曲线,得到了急冷锅炉炉管失稳的主要原因,可为急冷锅炉的升级改造提供技术依据。

Abstract:Through simulation model of temperature field of quench boiler tubes, the flow veloc ity field and temperature field characteristics and heat flux distribution curve are studied. The main reason of tubes failure was obtained. This is a technique gist for upgrading quench boiler.
