矿用轨道式自动测风机器人研究与设计

摘    要:由于煤矿井下人工对巷道风速、风量和气体浓度检测的繁琐性和不精确性,容易造成通风系统决策错误导致安全事故发生。针对上述问题,研究设计了一种矿用轨道式自动测风机器人系统,论述了轨道式自动测风机器人的结构组成和九点精确定位检测方法,对测风机器人的硬件系统和软件系统进行设计。该机器人系统可实现巷道通风参数自动采集,为矿井通风安全提供有效保障。

Abstract:Due to the cumbersome and inaccurate manual detection of wind speed,air volume,and gas concentration in underground coal mine roadway,it is easy to cause mistakes in ventilation system decision-making and lead to safety accidents.In view of the above problems,a mine tracked automatic wind measuring robot system was studied and designed,discussed the structure of the tracked automatic wind measuring robot and the nine-point precise positioning detection method,and designed the hardware system and software system of the wind measuring robot.The robot system can realize the automatic collection of roadway ventilation parameters,which effectively guarantees the safety of mine ventilation.
