制造可防眩AG玻璃的喷砂机设计及开发

喷砂机在生产加工玻璃的过程中,发现机器不具备循环系统,无法有效地回收利用水砂混合液,且产生巨大的噪音污染和粉尘污染,无法大批量生产玻璃。针对这个问题,通过将喷砂机底部设计成斜面,将水砂混合液重新聚集流入混合液箱中;增加抽气系统,将粉尘收集处理;通过增加隔音板,减少噪音污染;将喷砂枪设计成交错排布,增大喷砂枪摆动距离,进而实现工厂大批量生产玻璃。最后通过实验测试,改装设计新型喷砂机,有效地解决以上问题。

Design and Development of the Sand Blasting Machine for Manufacturing Dazzle-Proof AG Glass

Sand blasting machine in the process of production and processing of glass,found that the machine does not have the circulatory system,unable to effectively recycle water sand mixture,and produce a greal noise pollution and dust pollution,not mass production of glass,aiming at this problem,by sandblasting machine designed at the bottom of the slope,water sand mixture regrouped into the mixture in the box.Add an air extraction system to collect and treat dust.Reduce noise pollution by adding sound insulation,the sand--blasting gun is designed to be staggered in order to increase the swinging distance of the sand-blasting gun and realize the mass production of glass in the factory.Finally,through the experimental test,the modification design of the new sandblasting machine,efectively solve the above problems.
