望云煤矿15103工作面高位钻孔瓦斯抽采技术研究与应用

摘    要:为解决15103工作面回采期间瓦斯含量高的问题,采用Fluent数值模拟软件分别进行未采用抽采措施和高位钻孔抽采后采空区瓦斯运移规律的分析,得出高位钻孔抽采后采空区内的瓦斯含量呈现出逐渐降低的现象,上隅角瓦斯大幅降低,高位钻孔能够有效治理采空区瓦斯,基于数值模拟结果,具体进行工作面高位抽采钻孔各项参数的设计,并分别在高位钻孔抽采前后进行上隅角和回风巷内瓦斯浓度的测试。结果表明:高位钻孔抽采后,上隅角和回风巷的瓦斯浓度分别稳定在0.2%~0.68%和0.25%~0.8%,无瓦斯超限现象出现,为工作面的安全回采提供了保障。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high gas content during the mining of 15103 face,Fluent numerical simulation software was used to analyze the gas movement law of the mined-out area without extraction measures and after high-level borehole extraction.The gas content in the goaf shows a gradual decrease.The gas in the upper corner is greatly reduced.The high-level drilling can effectively control the gas in the goaf.Based on the numerical simulation results,the parameters of the high-level extraction drilling in the working face are specifically carried out.Design and test the gas concentration in the upper corner and the return air lane before and after the high-level borehole extraction.The results show that the gas concentration in the upper corner and the return air lane is stabilized at 0.2~0.68%and 0.25~0.8%,respectively,after high-level borehole extraction.No gas overrun occurs,which provides a guarantee for the safe mining of the working face.
