| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用二合一炉的结构特点、盐酸生产装置的配套和工艺流程,二合一炉盐酸生产装置运行情况和有待进一步改进的问题,并提出了改进措施。特别是,改进灯头外套部件和增加酸冷却器后,生产能力有所提高,生产状况得到了明显的改善。 |

| Abstract: | The structure characteristics of two units as one stove, and production installation of the hy- drochloric acid with the processing were introduced. The operation condition of the two units as one stove and the problems remained to have further improvement was also presented. Especially, after improving the jacket parts of light socket and increasing of sour water cooler, producing condition has gotten obvious improvement. |
