LD10铝合金应力腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:采用预制疲劳裂纹的双悬臂梁(DCB)试样进行LD10铝合金的应力腐蚀实验,测得了LD10铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液、N2O4、偏二甲肼和纯水中的裂纹扩展速率da/dt以及临界应力腐蚀强度因子KISCC。通过断口形貌分析了LD10铝合金在不同介质中的应力腐蚀机理。结果表明,LD10铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀最为严重,在N2O4中次之,在偏二甲肼和纯水中最轻。

Abstract:The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of the LD10 alloy with pro-cracked double cantilever beam (DCB) in 3.5%NaCl, N2O4, unsymmetric dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) and H2O solutions was investigated by the method of stress corrosion tests. The crack growth rate and the threshold stress intensity factors were obtained. The fracture surface of the samples was observed by SEM. The results showed that the corrosion of the LD10 alloy was the most serious in 3.5%NaCl solution, secondary in N2O4 solution, and the lightest in UDMH and H2O solution.
