电涡流传感器动/静态自动校验仪的研究

摘    要:针对当前电涡流传感器实际校验中存在的问题,设计开发了一种电涡流传感器全自动动/静态校验仪。介绍了该校验仪的总体架构,给出了硬件结构框图和软件功能界面。与现有的校验设备相比,该校验仪体现了校验过程的全自动化及对校验数据自动生成报表和图形的智能化管理,具有精度高、结构简单、操作灵活、动/静态特性一体化校验的特点。

Abstract:There are some problems in the practical checking on the eddy current sensors. So, an automatic dynamic/static calibrator for eddy current sensor is designed and developed. This paper introduces the overall framework of the calibrator, and gives the hardware block diagram and software function interface. Compared with the other existing calibration equipment, this calibrator embodies the full automation in the calibration process. It also embodies the automatic generation of the reports based on the calibration data and the intelligent management for the graphics. This calibrator has the characteristics of high precision, simple structure, flexible operation and dynamic/static integration.
