陶瓷材料在钻井取心工具的研究应用

旋转总成是取心工具的核心部位,本文分析了目前国内外普遍使用的取心工具旋转总成的结构以及存在的问题。研究应用了陶瓷材料制做取心工具旋转总成的滚动体,经过室内和现场试验,取得了成功。解决了取心工具由于放置时间长,旋转总成生锈卡死和旋转不灵活的问题。为陶瓷材料在钻井工具方面的进一步应用,提供了有价值的宝贵经验。

Application of Ceramic Materials in the Coring Tool

Rotary assembly is the core position of coring tools. In this paper, structure and existent problems of the prevalent coring tool rotary assembly were analyzed. Application of ceramic materials in manufacturing the rolling bearing of the coring tool rotary assembly was studied, and the application gained success in the indoor and scene test. The problems that rotary assembly rusted and did not smoothly rotate after it was not used for long time were solved, which could provide valuable experiences for further application of ceramics material in the drilling tool.
