摘    要:针对机组组合中如何实现机组有功出力与备用容量协调调度的问题,建立了考虑机组投运风险的机组组合模型.讨论了考虑风电接入时模型的处理方法.采用基于条件期望值的求解方法,不仅能够控制系统的失负荷概率,还能在一定程度上限制失负荷事件的后果.通过仿真算例证实了其方法的显著优势,对电力系统机组组合优化调度问题有一定实用价值.

A Coordinated Generation and Reserve Dispatching Model Considering Unit Commitment Risk

Abstract:In this paper,a dispatching model considering unit commitment risk and wind power integration is built to coordinate the dispatch of active output and reserve capacity in optimizing combination of units.The calculation method based on conditional expectation is proposed to curb not only the probability but also consequences of load loss accidents to some extents The simulation tests verified its outstanding advantage as well as certain practical value in the dispatch optimization of unit combination.
