| Abstract: | A micro displacement measuring platform is introduced in this paper. The platform is composed of a sensor with the differential transformer type, a conditioning circuit NI SCXI-1540, a data acquisition card NI SCXI-1600 and virtual instrument LabVIEW. The measurement platform can also be used for measuring other micro mechanical quantities, such as vibration, pressure and so on. |
