摘 要: | 采用3 甲氧基 4 羟基苯甲醛(香兰素)和硫酸二甲酯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵为相转移催化剂,对3,4 二甲氧基苯甲醛的合成反应进行了研究。在反应温度为70~80℃,n(香兰素)∶n(硫酸二甲酯)∶n(NaOH)∶n(催化剂)=1∶1 5∶2 2∶0 03的较佳工艺条件下,产品收率≥95%,产品质量分数≥99 5%。

Synthesis of 3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde under Phase Transfer Catalysis |

Abstract: | A new method of synthesizing 3,4 dimethoxybenzaldehyde from 3 methoxy 4 hydroxybenzaldehyde and dimethyl sulfate using toluene as solvent and dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst was studied.Under the optimum reaction conditions that reaction temperature was 70-80 ℃ and n(3 methoxy 4 hydroxybenzaldehyde)∶n(Me2SO4)∶n(NaOH)∶n(catalyst)=10∶15∶22∶003,yield of the product was ≥95% and the purity was ≥995%. |
