汽车伺服制动系统泵体压铸模设计

摘    要:根据汽车伺服制动系统泵体铸件产品的结构、性能、成型工艺特点和生产要求,设计了泵体压铸模。本压铸模结构紧凑、材料选用合理,环形浇127、流动通畅,四滑道侧抽芯机构,冷却水路布局合理。经生产实践,该模具工作可靠,操作方便,成型铸件质量好。

Abstract:According the structure, capability, molding technology characteristics, technology requirements of the automobile servo-drive system pump body, the diecasting die was designed. The die structure was compact, material and cooling water channel were reasonable. At the same time, circular gate which were used to inject smoothly and the machanism of pulling-core with muhi-slide rail parts were adopted.Operation is credible and easy.The quality of product is high.
