摘    要:针对采煤区输电线路运行及设计中存在的地基塌陷问题,提出适应于基础均匀沉降的高度可调铁塔设计思路和理念,并完成了高度可调KTZM110猫头直线塔的设计方案;建立了高度可调KTZM110猫头直线塔的有限元分析模型,对不同载荷工况下高度可调铁塔的变形和应力进行分析计算,其强度满足设计规范的要求;根据设计图纸,加工制造全尺寸的真型铁塔,并进行铁塔的型式试验,试验结果表明,该型铁塔的设计方案能够满足强度和刚度的要求,达到了设计目的,可在运行线路上使用。

Abstract:To solve the problem of foundation collapse existing in the design and operation of transmission lines located in coal-mining fields, the authors propose a new design idea for transmission tower with adjustable height in adaptation to uniform foundation settlement, and a design scheme for KTZM110 cathead tangent tower with adjustable height is accomplished. A finite element analysis model for KTZM110 cathead tangent tower with adjustable height is established; the analysis and calculation results of deformation and stress of tower with adjustable height under different loading conditions show that the intensity of KTZM110 cathead tangent tower conforms to the requirement of design code. According to the design graph, a tower with real size is manufactured and the type testing of the tower is carried out. Type testing results show that the design scheme of KTZM110 cathead tangent tower can meet the requirement of intensity and rigidity, the design purpose is achieved and this kind of cathead tangent tower can be adopted in transmission lines being operated.
