技术变革的管理

面对这个不断变化的动态环境，产品以及生产过程不得不随其作相应的变动。这种变动过程一方面提高了效益量级，另一方面也导致了实施费用的增长。这种矛盾特别也存在于处于计划中的或现有的产品及其工艺文档的技术变革中。这篇文章提出了为克服这个矛盾而采取的有效的技术变革管理的原理及基础。

Management of Technical Change

Product and production process are inevitably subjected to adaptive process in a constantly dynamically changing environment. This changing process raises profit scale on the one hand, and causes the implementation expenditure on the other hand. This contradiction also holds ture especially in technical change on planned or already existing products as well as its documents. To overcome the contradiction, principles and foundations for an efficient management of technical change are shown in this paper.
