摘    要:通过对比切削试验,分析了金刚石涂层刀具高速铣削石墨时的磨损形态与过程,论述了金刚石涂层刀具的破损原因与失效机理,为金刚石涂层刀具在高速切削领域的推广应用提供了实用的依据。

Abstract:Through a contrast cutting experiment ,the wearformand process of diamondfilmcoated cutter during high-speed milling graphite is analyzed,the breakage reasons and mechanismof diamond coated cutter is discussed·It provides a practical foundationfor expanding applications of diamondfilmcoated cutters in high-speed machining·
