| 摘 要： | 该住宅面向码头和大海，地理位置和周围环境决定了建筑的形式。建筑不仅有良好的观景视野，充足的光线还为洒满阳光的露天内院提供庇护，使其有天堂般的感觉。工作室所在的建筑略低一些，朝向一条小径，成为庭院的后墙。

| Abstract: | This project took shape based on the site and its physical surroundings, facing the docks and the sea, a building that embraces open views and daylight while giving a protective haven to the sunlit inner courtyard. Toward an inner alley, the rear wall of the courtyard is formed by a lower building of studio fiats. |
