离心泵液力轴封及其使用

摘    要:液力轴封由动密封和静密封组成。泵工作时,动密封螺旋上的液体在离心力和螺纹斜面推力作用下,作与泵内液体外泄方向相反的螺旋运动,阻止泵内液体外泄;停泵时,密封环裙边在液体压力和裙边弹性收缩力作用下,抱紧静环,阻止泵内液体外泄,达到密封目的。使用和计算表明,液力轴封的密封压力大于泵内液体外泄压力时,泵工作正常,否则,密封失效。因此,密封压力应为外泄压力的1.15倍。与其他密封比较,液力轴封耗能少,仅为盘根密封的5.3%。

Abstract:The hydraulic shaft seal consists of both dynamic and static seal. When the pump is in operation, the spiral on the dynamic seal prevents the pump fluid from leaking; when the pump is out of operation, the skirt edge of the sealing ring holds the static ring tightly, preventing the fluid from leaking. Calculation and practice show that the sealing pressure of the hydraulic shaft seal should be 1. 15 times of the leak-out pressure of the pump fluid, in order to keep the pump in normal operation.
