酶法提取淫羊藿多糖工艺条件的研究

摘    要:采用纤维素酶水解方法提取淫羊藿多糖,通过单因素实验和正交试验,对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明最佳提取工艺条件为:酶加入量为1.5%,pH 4.5,45℃条件下提取1.5h。

Abstract:The polysaccharides from epimedium have been extracted with cellulosase.By single factor and orthogonal tests,the technological parameters of the extraction were determined.The results showed that the extraction process was as follows: adding 1.5% of cellulosase,the extraction time for 1.5 h with temperature at 45 ℃ and pH5.0.
