| Abstract: | Based on the successful experience in carrying out the senior college students' research training program in both Chinese and overseas prominent institutions and the enforcement of this program at our college, this essay elaborates the realistic background, the significance and the methods of carrying out SRTP among junior and senior undergraduates. In addition, this essay explores the ways and strategies of how to develop and carry out SRTP as well as how to conduct scientific management and provide a better educational environment for training creative talents, so as to make it a key part in undergraduate education and practice. |
