摘    要:介绍了HFW焊管超声波探伤的检测工作原理,分析并计算了检测灵敏度最佳时的入射角和折射角的大小。该实用新型ULTECT 21多通道超声波探伤仪系统的12个探头分别排列在HFW焊管焊缝的两侧,结合手动激光焊缝跟踪系统,使管外扇形机构带动探头跟踪并扫查焊缝,探伤结果通过记录仪输出,并在缺陷部位报警打标记,实现了超声波探伤的自动化。该系统探伤准确度高,误报率低,最高设计探伤速度可达60 m/min,管端盲区最小为50 mm,且检测速度快,成本低。

Abstract:This article introduced working principle of ultrasonic test during detecting HFW pipe,calculated incident angle and refracted angle when detection sensitivity was most appropriate.The 12 probes of ULTECT 21 multichannel ultrasonic test system are displayed on both sides of HFW pipe weld.Combined with manual laser weld tracking system,the fan-shaped machine drives probes to track and scan weld,the detection results will be outputted by the recorder,and then painting,alarm,and marking on defects,this will realize automatic ultrasonic test.The system possesses high inspection accuracy and low false alarm rate,and the maximum design detecting speed is up to 60 m/min.The smallest blind zone at pipe end is 50 mm,in addition,it is with high detection speed and low cost.
