汽轮机转子碰磨产生临时弯曲的处理方法研究

摘    要:对汽轮机转子动静碰磨产生的机理,以及碰磨使转子产生临时弯曲的原因进行了深入分析,给出了转子碰磨产生临时弯曲的诊断方法,并提出如何消除转子碰磨产生临时弯曲的处理方法,成功处理了两起汽轮机转子碰磨的临时弯曲故障。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the mechanism of turbine rotor dynamic and static collision rub and the reason of rotor temporary bend after collision rub, and puts forward a treatment method of how to eliminate the turbine rotor temporary bend fault. Two examples of turbine rotor temporary bend fault were solved successfully by using this method.
