摘    要:为改善弓网动态特性,使受电弓对于接触网具有良好的跟随性,减少离线和拉弧,保证弓网受流质量,该文提出了一种基于气动系统的旨在实现弓网良好接触的控制方案.以受电弓抬升气压为控制目标的思路下,设计开发了以气动系统为主动执行器的主动控制系统,并以最新的国产试验性高速列车受电弓V500为对象进行了试验.试验结果表明引用气动系统主动控制技术后,弓头和接触线的接触压力达到设计要求,且具有良好的跟随性,基本达到试验要求.

Abstract:In order to to improve the characteristics of the pantograph/catenary system,make the pantograph has good traceability for catenary,decrease the arch network arc and offline,and guarantee the collection quality of pantograph-catenary,this paper propose a control scheme based on pneumatic system aimed at achieving a good contact between pantograph and catenary.We developed a active control system,which made pneumatic system as active actuators and had been tested in V500.The result shows that the pressure between pantograph and catenary complies with the design requirements after pneumatic system was applied on the system.
