水性木器涂料用有机硅改性苯丙乳液的合成与性能研究

摘    要:采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了高固含量、低黏度水性木器涂料用核壳结构苯丙乳液,讨论了交联单体的选择和用量、硬单体(St/MMA)比例、聚合物结构对乳液性能的影响。然后通过有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液,考察了有机硅添加量对乳液性能的影响,并探讨了粒子结构对水性木器涂料用苯丙乳液成膜体系的影响。以FT-IR表征了合成的苯丙乳液的结构,表明所得聚合物结构是按设计合成的,以DSC测试了树脂的玻璃化温度,与设计值相近,以SEM表征了乳液的粒子形态,结果表明在乳液中乳胶粒以均一的粒径均匀分散。

Abstract:Through semi-continuous emulsion polymer,core-shell styrebe-butyl acrylate emulsion for water-borne wood coatings with high solid content and low viscosity is prepared.The monomer selection and consumption,St/MMA ratio and polymer structure are discussed for the emulsion property effects.How organic silicon adding volume influences the emulsion property and how particle structure influences the film forming system are researched.FT-IR characterizes emulsion structure,DSC characterizes glass transition temperature of resin,and SEM characterizes emulsion particle morphology.
