| 摘 要： | 通过对某公共建筑装饰施工企业承建的多个装饰项目的施工索赔现状研究分析,指出了该企业当前索赔工作存在的主要问题,结合装饰装修工程的特点,站在承包商的角度提出若干对策。A企业为公共装饰装修企业(企业注册地不在新疆,承揽业务在新疆境内),在中小装饰企业中有一定代表性。研究其索赔现状有利于中小型装饰企业加强索赔管理,提高项目管理水平,也有助于行业又好又快的发展。
