摘    要:针对雷管生产厂检测单发电雷管电阻可靠性的需求,采用美国 TI 公司的低功耗MSP430F133单片机,恒流源电阻测量电路,设计了一种智能雷管电阻分选仪。该分选仪低功耗,智能化,整机电路简单,测量电流2 mA,具备国家标准《工业电雷管》( GB8031—2005)规定对雷管电阻测试的能力。

Abstract:According to the requirements of reliability of detonator production factory testing the re-sistance of single electric detonator, using the American TI company's low power consumption MSP430F133 SCM and constant current source resistance measuring circuit, an intelligent detonator re-sistance sorting instrument is designed.This instrument with low power consumption, intelligence, simple circuitry and 2 mA low measuring current has the ability of testing the resistance of detonator as the indus-trial electric detonator GB8031—2005 standard required.
