基于结构快速设计平台的机柜设计

摘    要:结构快速设计平台以三维设计软件Pro/E和PDM数据库为基础,融入了Top-Down的设计理念.为了实现机柜的快速设计,文中对机柜设计过程中的几个关键要素进行了分析:对机柜的设计过程进行提炼形成标准的设计流程;对机柜及附件的模型数据进行整理形成专业的显性知识库;结合参数化设计实现机柜自定义变形;分析机柜的装配关系,利用骨架模型、关系和参数实现装配的自动定位;利用面板快速装联工具实现转接板的快速设计.最后结合具体实例介绍了机柜的快速设计过程.通过结构快速设计平台,降低了机柜的设计难度,提高了机柜的设计效率,避免了因设计能力差异造成的设计质量不一致.

Abstract:Based on the 3D design software Pro/E and PDM database, the rapid design platform is integrated with the design concept of Top-Down. In order to realize the rapid design of the cabinet, several key factors in the cabinet design are analyzed. A standard design process is formed by epurating the design process of the cabinet; a professional knowledge base is formed by organizing the model data of the cabinets and accessories; customized deformation of the cabinet is realized by parametric design; the automatic positioning and assembly are realized by analyzing the assembly relationship of the cabinet, using the model, the relation and the parameter of the skeleton; rapid design of the panel is realized with rapid assembling tool. Finally, the design process of the cabinet is introduced with an example. With the rapid design platform, the design difficulty ofthe cabinet is reduced , the design efficiency is improved and the design quality difference due to the design ability difference is avoided.
