Abstract:
Comments on L. I. Cripe's (see record 1990-01831-001) discussion of neuropsychological and psychosocial assessment of brain-injured persons (BIPs). How long the performance of fixed comprehensive batteries should be delayed is addressed, and the validity of measures used in the assessment of BIPs (an issue not emphasized by Cripe) is discussed.
