硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅表面接枝改性研究

摘    要:利用硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化硅粉体进行超声表面改性,采用动态光散射粒度仪(DLS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和透射电镜(TEM)等分析手段对表面改性前后的纳米二氧化硅进行表征。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂能够成功地对纳米二氧化硅进行改性,并且提高其分散性。经硅烷偶联剂改性的纳米二氧化硅活化率提高,团聚减少,粒子分布更加均匀。

Abstract:The reaction of SiO2 nano-particles grafted with silane coupling agent was carried out by the ultrasonic method.The surface structure and characteristics of modified particles were studied and characterized by dynamic light scattering(DLS),FT-IR and TEM.The results showed that silane coupling agent could modify SiO2 nano-particles successfully and improve its dispersivity.The activation rate of SiO2 nano-particles increased and the dispersion of the SiO2 nano-particles was improved simultaneously.
