| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了酒钢中板加热炉的燃烧控制系统,重点介绍了双蓄热室加热炉的换向控制系统、温度燃烧控制系统,针对温度燃烧系统的温度信号干扰,进行了数字滤波处理,对于炉膛温度控制系统的大滞后,采取了智能积分及抗积分饱和措施。

| Abstract: | Combustion conrol system of plate heating furnace in JISCO is introduced.Switchover control system and temperature combustion control system of dual regenerator furnace are described in detail.For temperature signal interference,digital filtering processing was adopted in temperature control system;for large lag of furnace temperature control system,intelligent integration and anti-intagration saturation measures were taken. |
