| 摘 要： | 青铜峡水泥集团l000t／d预分解窑生产线，自投产以来，因部分辅机及工艺设备问题，一直处于不正常状态，熟料产量低。质量差。后对该生产线进行了多次改造，主要改造内容为：改造熟料斗式输送机；将生料提升机由链斗式改为胶带斗式提升机；改进窑尾密封；对TD分解炉进行扩客改造；改进喂煤系统；对第二代TC型篦冷机进行换代改造。技改后，窑运转率、产量提高，熟料质量明显改善。

| Abstract: | Since been put into production, 1 000 t/d NSP production line of Qingtongxia Cement Group has been in abnormal state all along due to some auxiliary machinery and process equipments, the clinker output and quality is low. And later, they took technical transformation many times: reconstructing clinker bucket conveyor, changing raw material elevator from chain bucket to belt bucket, improve back-end seal, increase volume of TC calciner, improve coal feed system and taking change-generation tranformation of generation II TD grate cooler. Through transformation, running rate and output of the kiln increased, the clinker quality improved obviously. |
