In the cases of courts at different levels in Shanghai where judicial evaluation is needed due to the quality of buildings,a great majority is caused by seepage of buildings.Such cases often last for a long time and have complex reasons.This paper analyzes the seepage reasons of water inlets,drain pipes,exterior walls,floorslabs,and other essential parts.
