基于PLC与RFID的物流自动分拣系统设计

摘    要:针对物流分拣过程工况复杂、控制点数多以及设备分布分散等特点,设计开发了基于PLC与RFID的自动分拣系统,详细介绍了该自动分拣系统的软硬件结构、控制系统的网络结构与软硬件配置过程,提出了基于数组映射的计数分拣法。实践表明,该系统运行平稳、安全可靠,提升了物流分拣过程的自动控制水平。

Abstract:According to the condition of the complex conditions,large numbers of I/O points and widely distributed equipment,the automatic control system for logistics sorting was designed based on PLC and RFID,the network structure of the system and the configuration of software&hardware were introduced carefully.A counting sorting method based on array mapping was proposed.The industrial application shows that the automatic control level is enhanced and the system is reliable.
