摘    要:为提高数控裁床自动化生产水平,设计一种数控裁床加工系统方案。围绕数控裁床运动速度控制和轨迹插补算法等关键技术点,根据HPGL协议的数据特性,提出数控裁床CNC加工数据生成方法,设计一种基于线段分段的速度控制方法来生成速度列表,并基于微软基础类库MFC开发上位机,实现处理曲线中各线段的运动速度控制的功能。设计将加工插补算法与数据栈相结合的应用方法,并运用STM32F103开发下位机,实现计算各线段的插补步进量并进行轨迹控制的功能。通过样片测试,验证了所设计的数控裁床系统具有用于实际加工的可行性和高效准确性,能有效满足生产需要。

Abstract:In order to improve the automatic production level of NC cutting machine,a scheme of NC cutting machine processing system was designed.Based on the key technical points such as the motion speed control and trajectory interpolation algorithm of NC cutting machine,according to the data characteristics of HPGL protocol,the CNC machining data generation method of NC cutting machine was proposed,a speed control method based on segment segmentation was designed to generate the speed list,and the host computer was developed based on Microsoft foundation classes(MFC) to realize the function of processing the motion speed control of each segment in the curve.The application method of combining machining interpolation algorithm with data stack was designed,and the lower computer was developed based on STM32F103 to calculate the interpolation step of each line segment and control the trajectory.Through the sample test,it is verified that the designed NC cutting machine system has the feasibility,efficiency and accuracy of actual processing,and can effectively meet the needs of production.
