摘    要:针对煤矿井下灾害救援等信息无法快速有效传递的问题,结合面向服务体系架构思想、分层构架设计思想和WCF技术,设计并实现了一种新的煤矿信息引导发布与智能联动系统。系统借助井下以太环网实现与LED信号显示牌的通讯和信息显示,提供LED信号显示牌等设备管理、用户权限管理、应急预案管理、信息下发管理和上位机模拟显示等功能,并利用不同的优先等级,实现与煤矿其他异构系统的消息传递与智能联动显示。实际应用证明,系统稳定可靠,时效性强,对提高煤矿救灾指挥能力有重要意义。

Abstract:For the problem of coal mine disaster rescue and other information cannot be delivered quickly and efficiently,this paper designed and implemented a new mine information releasing and guiding and intelligent linkage system in the base of service-oriented architecture,layered architecture design ideas and WCF technology. It can realize the communication with LED signal brand and information display by underground Ethernet,and it has the following functions,including device management such as LED,user rights management,emergency management plan,information sending management and simulations show on computer,and so on. The system can realize the intelligent interaction messaging and display with other heterogeneous systems of coal mine by using different priorities. Application has shown that,the system is stable,reliable and time-sensitive.It has significance to improve capacity of disaster relief of coal mine.
