摘    要:介绍了一种超千米深立井更换矿井提升机提升绳的新工艺,这种方法采用专用电动储绳车同时收放新旧提升钢丝绳的施工方案,在充分考虑提升钢丝绳承载能力和安全系数的基础上,利用新旧绳交替承载一次更换2条的方法施工,具有节省工时和费用,安全可靠,不需要在下井口及井筒内作业,不需要安设施工绞车及信号设施,占用井筒时间短等特点。

Abstract:A super-kilometer deep shaft to replace mine hoist rope to enhance new technology is introduced.This method uses special electrical cord storage to upgrade the old and new cars at the same time a retractable wire construction programs,in full consideration hoisting cable bearing capacity and in safety coefficient foundation,uses the new old rope load bearing one time to replace two method constructions in turn,has saves man-hour of and the expense,safe and reliable,does not need in under well head and the well chamber the work,does not need to install the construction winch and the signal facility,takes the well chamber time short and so on the characteristics.
