立足工程素质培育的《材料力学》课程教学改革

传统的基于知识驱动型的《材料力学》课程教学,由于缺乏紧密联系工程实际的内容和相关的训练,学生难以将所学的理论知识转化为现实的工程职业能力。文章从分析该课程教学开展的现状出发,阐述了通过《材料力学》课程教学培育学生工程素质的必要性和可行性,并结合课程教学的各个主要环节,就如何帮助和培养学生形成良好的工程素质方面提出了自己的设想和看法。

Teaching Innovation of "Mechanics of Materials" Course to Cultivate the Students' Engineering Quality

Because of lacking close contact of the actual engineering content and related training, students cannot transfer the theory they learned into real engineering vocational ability from their traditional Mechanics of Materials Course which based on theory knowledge. This paper makes analysis of the teaching actuality of this course, expatiate the necessity and feasibility through teaching to cultivate students’ engineering quality, and combine all major aspects of the course teaching, for example, the organization of teaching materials, the design of teaching methods, and the development of teaching practices. The paper advances his own tentative ideas and opinions on how to help and cultivate students to form good engineering qualities.
