摘    要:应用一水硫酸氢钠催化苯乙酸和异丁醇的酯化反应,合成了苯乙酸异丁酯,研究结果表明,硫酸氢钠具有较高的催化活性,考察了苯乙酸/异丁醇摩尔比,催化剂用量及反应时间对酯产率的影响,在典型反应条件(苯乙酸/异丁醇/硫酸氢钠的摩尔比=1:4:0.036,回流分水2h)下,所得苯乙酸异丁酯的产率达92.7%,该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用。

Abstract:Isobutyl phenylacetate was synthesized by the esterification of phenylacetate acid with isobutyl alcohol in the presence of sodium bisulfate monohydrate.The results showed that sodium bisulfate monohydrate possessed a fairly high catalytic activity for the esterification reaction.The effects of phenylacetate acid/isobutyl alcohol molar ratio,the amount of sodium bisulfate monohydrate catalyst used and reaction time on the yield of isobutyl phenylacetate were investigated.The yield of the ester obtained under the typical reaction conditions(phenylacetate acid/isobutyl alcohol/sodium bisulfate=1?mol/4?mol/0.036?mol,refluxing and water separation for 2 h) was 92.7%.Sodium bisulfate monohydrate catalyst can be easily recovered and reused.
