门式起重机的虚拟样机建模与动力学仿真

摘    要:利用PRO/E软件对门式起重机进行三维建模,导入ADAMS软件,通过系统简化、样机装配、施加载荷等步骤,对门机在不同工况下的状态进行了模拟.通过分析仿真结果,找出了危险的结构区域,为门式起重机的设计和结构分析提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract:The gantry crane was modeled in three dimensions by means of PRO/E software,then using the ADAMS software,the gantry crane in various operational conditions was simulated by simplifying systems,prototype assembly,applying load and other steps.Through analyzing the simulation results,the dangerous structure region was discovered,which provided a theoretical basis for the design and structural analysis of the gantry crane.
