| 摘 要： | 提出了一种适用于SVC增强层的快速帧内模式选择算法。首先利用基本层和增强层模式分布的相关性,优化了增强层的帧内预测过程;并提出了一种能优化SVC的INTRA_BL模式选择过程的算法。实验结果证明,在比特率和PSNR值保持相近的情况下,该算法的编码时间可减少59.6%。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a new fast intra mode decision algorithm for SVC enhancement layer(EL).Firstly,we simplify EL intra layer prediction based on the statistical mode distribution of BL and EL.Then we further propose a new algorithm that can optimize SVC INTRA_BL mode decision process.Experimental results demonstrate that proposed algorithm can reduce the total encoding time by up to 59.6% with negligible bit rate increase and loss of PSNR. |
