摘    要:为解决某杯形件材料利用率和生产效率低的问题,在对其成形工艺进行理论分析及数值模拟的基础上,提出了先温成形后冷整形的工艺,并用实验的方法验证了该工艺的可行性,成形出了内形不需机加工的杯形件,达到了节材和高效生产的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low material utilization and low production efficiency of a cup-shaped part, the process of warm and cold extrusion has been proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Forming experiments have been performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed process and the cup-shaped part whose inner shape is not needed to machine has been formed, which meets the purpose of material saving and efficient production.
