| Abstract: | Based on the SCOR model and supply chain performance analysis, an operable supply chain reengineering framework is presented, which covers the whole process of supply chain modeling, analyzing, improving and implementing, and SC EasyTransfer, a software tool designed for automating the supply chain reengineering process, is also introduced. |
