摘    要:基于吸光光度的检测原理,采用顺序注射的方法,实现一种体积小、自动化程度高的水质总磷检测系统.实验结果显示,在0~0.5 mg/L的浓度范围内,该自动检测系统对水样中总磷浓度的检测具有较高的精度和良好的重复性,可以对国家地表水环境标准中要求的I~V类水中总磷含量进行快速准确测量.该自动检测系统具有测量结果准确稳定、消耗试剂量少以及操作简单等优点.

Abstract:A small automatic system for total phosphorus detection based on absorption photometry using sequential injection analysis technique is realized.Experimental results demonstrate that the automatic detection system has high accuracy and good repeatability with the concentration of total phosphorus at range of 0 ~0.5 mg/ L,and can be used to detect total phosphorus in Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ class water clarified in national surface water environmental standard.The developed system has the advantages of high-precision of testing results,low reagent consumption and easy operation.
