摘    要:以盒形件多点成形过程为例,从拉深形状、板厚、材质等方面进行比较,针对多点成形过程中最主要的缺陷之一—压痕现象的产生原因及其抑制方法进行了数值模拟研究,并进行了实验验证。

Abstract:The principle of multi-point forming(MPF)technique has been presented.Impressed mark,one of the most important defects during the process of square cup has been discussed by means of numerical simulation on the as-pects of drawing shape,thickness,and material of sheet met-al.Based on the simulation results,the reasons and control methods of impressed mark have been pointed out with ex-periment on the multi-point die forming of square cup by the MPF machine,to validate the efficiency of the numerical sim-ulation.
