Yangtze River Basin planning and maintenance of healthy lakes

Lake resources is rich in the Yangtze River Basin.As an important part of the basin,the basin planning should be based on global situation and the lake resources in the basin should be protected and utilized well.The lake resources are the important support for sustainable development.This paper illustrates the connotation of healthy lake,deeply analyzes the role of the basin planning in healthy lake maintenance,presents the requirement of healthy lake to the basin planning in new periods.
