种子乳液共聚法制备含氢聚甲基硅氧烷/丙烯酸酯织物涂层剂

摘    要:以丙烯酸丁酯 ( BA)、丙烯酸乙酯 ( EA)、含氢聚甲基硅氧烷 ( PHMS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( MMA)、丙烯腈( AN)为主单体 ,丙烯酸 ( AA)等为功能单体 ,N 羟甲基丙烯酰胺 ( NMA)等为交联剂 ,采用种子乳液共聚法制备了自交联织物涂层剂。经实验确定最佳反应条件为 :m( BA) / m( EA) / m( PHMS) / m( MMA) / m( AN) =6 .8/0 .5 / 0 .7/ 1 .2 / 0 .8,AA、交联剂、乳化剂和引发剂的用量分别为单体总质量的 3%、4 %、4 %和 0 .3% ,种子和外壳的反应温度分别为 78℃和 82℃ ,反应时间分别为 4 h和 6 h。应用实验结果表明 ,乳液胶膜拉伸强度可达2 .1 3MPa,涂层织物抗静水压可达 6 .85 k Pa,透湿量 ( 2 4 h)达 5 6 1 5 g/ m2。

Abstract:A self crosslinking textile coating agent was synthesized by means of seeded emulsion copolymerization, for which butyl acrylate(BA), ethyl acrylate(EA), hydrogen containing polymethylsiloxane(PHMS), methyl methacrylate(MMA) and acrylonitrile(AN) were selected as main monomers, and acrylic acid(AA) as functional monomer, N hydroxymethylacrylamide(NMA) as cross linking agent. The optimum reaction conditions of this seeded copolymerization were found as follows: BA/EA/PHMS/MMA/AN= 6.8/0.5/0.7/1.2/0.8 (mass ratio), the amounts of acrylic acid, NMA, emulsifiers and initiator were 3%, 4%, 4% and 0.3%(mass fraction) of the total monomers respectively, the reaction temperatures and the reaction time of the core and the shell were 78 ℃, 4 h and 82 ℃, 6 h respectively. The results of application tests showed that the tensile strength of coating film being 2.13 MPa, the coated fabrics could resist hydrostatic pressure 6.859 kPa, and its 24 h moisture permeability being 5 615 g/m 2.
